FIRST AID

This is a work that it like out of the common works, but is one of the most useful. The objective or goal of this work is to save a life. And with some videos we have learnt many different ways to save a life depends on the situation.
We have learnt three:

BASIC PHYSICAL ABILITIES

Hello, I’m going to tell you things about the basic physical abilities:
The basic physical abilities are three:
Flexibility.  It is the physical ability that allows perform movements with great space of walk
Endurance. The endurance is the physical ability which allows us to carry out an activity or effort for as long as possible.
Strength. It is the ability to win endurances or counteract them due to the muscle action.

Now I’m going to show you many exercises in relation with these basic physical abilities:

1. Pull-ups

This is an exercise to improve your strength and to exercise your back. In this exercise you can develop many muscles of your back and your arms:

2. The plank.

This is an exercise of endurance in which you have to make an effort to be able to stay in this position for a long time, this exercise improve the abdomen and the arms. Commonly, this exercise can be done badly like this:


But it you do it well like this you can improve very well your muscles:

This is an anaerobic exercise because you have to make an effort to do it as fast as you can it is also a exercise of endurance:

THE RACE OF ORIENTEERING

Today had been the local race of orienteering with the students of Lorca. The activity always is in Caraclaca.
For me today had been a great day, we had done an sport activity that for me is better tan have normal class although he did the first and the last class. The 1st was Phisical Education and we train for the race doing a little race around my high school that I win.
After we went to the bus to go at the camp, I did the race with my Friends, it was very funny. In the race there were more tres and mud, very horrible but I like this today very much.

ORIENTEERING

Hello again, today in class we have done the first class of orienteering in my high school to train us for the oficial race of orienteering in Caraclaca. Today we have done the class with three students of 4th instead of our teacher Miguel Franco.
We have divided the class in 3 parts:

-In the 1st part we have to search different letters in specific points of the map of my high school.



-In the 2nd part we must memorise 3 specific points in the map in only thirty seconds and put all the letters in a card










-In the 3rd part, in pairs, each one had the middle of the map and together, all the map. In each map had twelve points, twenty-four in total. We had to decide what numbers of the map had to obtain the letters, each one. Each one had to obtain twelve letters, six of each map.

CROSS

Hello, today we have had the cross, a competition in which we have to run in a determinated distance to try to do our best.
I love this competition very much because I run with my friends and I feel very well, also I know new people.
Today I finished the race and before finish, I do a "minirace" with an other student that I win, this was very funny. After many times that this activity was failed I felt very well and I want to do the althelism right now.
